Under our current account structure, you will only ever “run out” of SunJoules in your account if your subscription expires. Otherwise, you will always have SunJoules available for your use whenever you choose to reload your SunPort.
Your SunPort can deplete all of its supply of SunJoules if you use it for too long without reloading. If that happens, the SOLAR light goes off and then flickers red, but whatever you’re powering will still remain powered. You simply need to open your SunPort phone app while your device is plugged in within range, and you can easily reload with SunJoules in a matter of seconds.
